The idea of founding my own company began to take shape back in the previous century. Over the years, through various stages of my career, especially when I myself, as a business leader, needed a trusted partner to support key recruitments, the concept evolved.
Often, the need for help was urgent, the work environment challenging and internal resources limited. Cost-efficiency requirements and strict deadlines added pressure. I longed for a sparring partner with insight, experience and a genuine desire to listen.
I decided that when I eventually became an entrepreneur, customer focus combined with goal-oriented determination, would guide my work. I also decided that as an entrepreneur, I would always give my clients a little more. A little better. And always with a human touch.

Since those early reflections of mine, years have passed filled with valuable experiences, both highs and lows across the spectrum of working life. In January 2024, the time was right to turn words into action and Auderum was founded.
Our core values, courage, fairness and integrity, continue to guide how we operate. Within this framework, Auderum will keep growing and evolving, with positive energy and a strong sense of purpose.
As I write this add-on chapter in September 2026, I can look back and proudly say that the company is on the right path consisting of nearly three years of operations with a solid positive cash flow and a consistently positive mindset. We’ve completed dozens of interesting and challenging client assignments.
